Navigating Between Records in Lists Using the Mouse Wheel
The mouse wheel (the scroll wheel of a computer mouse) is supported for lists in Siebel CRM applications on all supported touch and non-touch devices. You can use the mouse wheel to navigate between records in lists and to move up and down a page. Depending on the direction of the mouse wheel scroll, the following table describes the behavior of the mouse wheel.

On touch devices (such as a Tablet or touch-enabled laptop) and on non-touch devices (such as a desktop), infinite scrolling and mouse wheel/trackpad based scrolling are supported.

Infinite scrolling. This is where content is loaded continuously as a user scrolls down a page, eliminating the need for pagination.
